I asked and without hesitation for extra services as I was on a romantic getaway and wanted to surprise my girlfriend. My requests were met and exceeded my expectations my girlfriend was wowed and grateful . Thank you very much Eliezer for taking care of my requests the other hotel employees also assisted .
