Umso enttäuschender war der Service, den wir während unseres Aufenthalts erlebt haben. Schon bei den Pool- und Strandhandtüchern erhielten wir widersprüchliche Auskünfte. Im Beachclub erklärte man uns, die schwarzen Liegen seien frei, während wir die weißen mieten könnten. Die schwarzen Liegen waren jedoch mit Handtüchern belegt, ohne dass Gäste zu sehen...

"I think since I booked with Expedia they gave me the left overs...They gave me an accessible room which I did not want, for personal reasons. When asked to be moved they showed me a room with a shopping cart in the terrace super odd and gross. My room was hot and not what I expected. Did not like my stay! "Hotel vraiment beau mais ma chambre était très éloignée du bâtiment principale et le service de navettes finissait a 23h00 (un peu tôt pour des vacances en Italie). Par contre les navettes passent souvent (entre 2 à 5 min), pas des longues attentes. Mini-club super pour ma fille de 9 ans. Magnifique restaurant avec une vue imprenable.Nous avons bien mangé. Belle piscine avec l'eau salée. Personnel très aimable. L’hôtel nous a laissé faire le check-out à 14h00...j'ai apprécié beaucoup."

"A beautiful property with one notable service flaw. During our two-night stay, we loved the hotel's prime location. Having a private beach just a three-minute walk away is incredibly convenient, and both the swimming pool and the breakfast spread are top-notch. That said, the room service left a lot to be desired. It took the staff two days just to bring us a clothes steamer, which was an irritating oversight. A great hotel overall, but they need to tighten up their guest requests."

"Hotel is loud. With no sound barrier between hallways or rooms. So you can hear everything. They allowed large families to order room service at 1:40am which kept us up all night. Room robe had a torn belt loop and some leftover plumbing tools in it when we checked in. Great location and breakfast but not an amazing hotel experience."
