"Fint ophold. Vi havde booket værelse med terrasse og fik ved ankomst besked om at de havde opgraderet gratis. Det værelse vi fik tilbudt levede slet ikke op til det vi havde set på billederne. Vi gjorde opmærksom på det og blev tilbudt et der var værre endnu og til sidst en lejlighed som vi accepterede, selvom det også var ringere end det ventede.
