"Location was perfect, central between Fira and Oia. Close to start the hike to Oia. Stunning views and sunsets from every angle. Elevators were a huge plus since not many places have them."

"Beautiful location on the caldera. The staff was great. Parking is very tricky and you must find your own on the street or paid parking which is far from the hotel and you must walk with your bags. They cannot reserve parking for you. During high season it would be very difficult to have a car and stay there, but this is the case in any place you stay inside of the old town of Oia with the beautiful views,"

"Fantastic and magical resort in a "quieter and relaxed" location on Santorini. We loved our "cave suite" with breathtaking views and our own private pool. Felt five star and the staff/restaurant on site were amazing. Highly recommend, also we did a few day trips to the surrounding towns Oia, Fira and Imerovigli, easy to get to by taxi and fun to visit but we were so happy to return to our sanctuary at the Grand Ambassador!"

"We were welcomed at reception so eagerly and taken down to our suite by the young charming concierge! We were introduced to all the functions available in the room…. The quality of the products used was exquisite. Beautiful quality sheets and pillows. Sparkling swimming pools around the property. And for those aging folks, a set of elevators. Breakfast was scrumptious with fresh ingredients. Staff were polite and obliging. Our stay was wonderful….. the view….. ahhhhhhh!!"

"Our host was extremely friendly and gave us restaurant recommendations and offered any help we needed. He brought us a lovely breakfast each morning. The room itself was quite dark, but did have a little sitting area which was nice. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and we woke up sore each morning. One night while we were there, other guests were very loud on the patio until well after midnight which made it very hard to sleep. I would suggest bringing earplugs. The location is great with the...
