Loved my stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located to the tourist area within walking distance. The hotel is super clean and your room is cleaned daily. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Loved my stay and would definitely stay there when visiting Greece in the near future.

It’s a great hotel if you choose to stay in Fira. Great location, close to the port and walking distance to the town center. Very friendly and professional staff, they make a huge difference, loved the attention. Very nice property and amenities, good food and great experience overall. Recommend it for families.

Horrible customer service from the staff (especially front desk). Tourist are on vacation and do not expect that kind of rude behavior. Example: the front desk said they do not remember their wifi password for the lobby - how pathetic and so full of lies. Bathrooms stink of sewer. Breakfast has nothing to rave about.

The property is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Fira which makes it really convenient. Stuff was extremely helpful, especially Maria the Concierge. Be aware of salty water for showering and brushing your teeth all over the island, drinking bottled mineral water only!!

The food was very expensive and the buffet was poor. Great if you like salad but their sauce with meat dishes very tasteless. The pools were endless but suffered the usual lack of lounge availability after 8 am and then no one uses them till 4

The property is set on beautiful grounds. Close walk to Fira centre. The bedding was not up to standard nor the shower/bathroom. The hot tub is non existent as it is seasonal. The buffet breakfast was a nice touch and the reception staff and hotel staff were wonderful. Would personally not stay here again but overall it was a bearable experience. 3.5/5
