Huoneessa olisi kaivannut vedenkeitintä ja parvekkeelle kuivaustelinettä. Patja oli todella kova ja epämukava, tyynyt onnettomat. Meillä oli ylinmmän kerroksen huone ja ihana saada molemmat ovet auki parvekkeelle. Ilmastointi oli tehokas. Hotellin uima-allas oli pieni mutta aivan riittävä meille. Altaan siisteys/puhtaus olisi voinut olla parempi. Respa ei ollut auki kuin ajoittain. Asiakkaita tuli mutta ketään ei tullut heitä vastaanottamaan eikä mitkään puhelinnumerot vastanneet. Lähtöpäiväksi olimme tilanneet auton hotellilta ja sepä tuli lopulta n. puoli tuntia myöhässä, mutta hinta oli silti sama.

Good location and very friendly staff and knowledgeable. They stored our luggage since slew arrived early and put in our room. We can’t wait to stay there again.

A/C was not working Bathroom was small and not clean! I mention about the a/c and they said nothing we can do! Stay away!!!

Try a different place!

Villa Murano is in a safe neighborhood, about 10 minutes walk down to Fira which is the city center. It is a bit of an uphill walk for half of it, so if you have mobility challenges, this might be hard for you. The front desk is very friendly but not 24 hours. They have a 24 hour phone number but my cell phone service was terrible in Santorini and I tried to call several times but couldn’t make a connection. They have a relationship with a driver which was nice, but we used the driver 3 times and he was late everytime: 10 minutes from picking us up at the airport, 20 minutes from Santo Winery, and 30 minutes from the hotel to the ferry port at 3am. I couldn’t call hime because I had bad cell phone service; wish I could’ve used a taxi so I didn’t have to worry that he would forget to pick us up. The room is small good sized and there’s a pool which is nice since beaches are hard to get to. The paint in the pool stuck to my skin and gave me an allergic reaction. Mary (front desk) was very friendly but there are so many hotels in the area, I’d recommend trying a different one.

Hotel tres bien placé, et super vue

Bon accueil personnel disponible, hôtel très bien placé au centre de l'île, très propre. WiFi disponible dans les chambres gratuitement. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine. Possibilité de transfert vers aéroport et port sur demande (payant). Très content et satisfait je vous le recommande.

Most interesting island!

Bit of a hike uphill into the town of Fira and no shops nearby for bread etc. Rooms were compact but clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff (Katerina) and superb recommendation for a trip round the Caldera on a catamaran meant for 12 and occupied only by the 4 of us! Mix up with the booking as one reservation with 2 different names generated a double charge for pick up from the port as it was classed as 2 separate bookings - 40€ instead of 20€!!! Local buses were really good and a trip to Oia was very worthwhile. Another visit to Akrotiri to see the Bronze Age archaeological excavations was another visit worth making on the local buses.

Clean budget room

Everyone there is very nice and extremely helpful. The best part about this hotel is the staff!! The rooms are simple but clean and the location is not as convenient as I had hoped.

A menina da recepção foi atenciosa conosco mas definitivamente não tivemos uma boa experiência no hotel. O hotel e relativamente perto do centro mas não arrisque ir a pé com malas pois tem uma subida ingreme. O hotel não tem amenidades e é extremamente pequeno, a foto está super valorizando o tamanho do quarto mas se você tiver duas malas, uma terá que abrir na cama pois não tem espaço no chão, o hotel não tem conforto algum. Eu tive que pagar day-use em outro hotel e só ia pro villa murano pra dormir.Para a água do chuveiro esquentar você precisa liga-ló uns 10 minutos antes senão tomara banho frio, o que pra mim foi um grande absurdo pois 10 minutos pra água esquentar disperdiça-se muita água e em uma época de mundo sustentável isso inadmissível. Eu tentei trocar de quarto ou cancelar a reserva para ir pra outro hotel mas não foi possível e ainda recebi uma mensagem mal criada ao enviar uma avaliação ruim sobre o hotel.

Charming Villa near the center of town

We had a great stay at Villa Murano. They were so helpful in helping us make sure we got the most out of our stay. They provided us with a map and information on all the island highlights. The room was cozy and quiet & the staff is so welcoming. I'd highly recommend staying at Villa Murano!

The location is not good at all. The local taxi driver could not even find the hotel and the road to reach the hotel is horrible!

Worst Hotel in the entire trip

Had following issues: 1) Had notified of late checkin. When we arrived there was no one to check us in. I rang them up with my US mobile incurring international roaming charges before they showed up 2) Room description said ocean view. We got a room with a 1x1 foot window near the ceiling (had to get up on to a stool to see outside and barely saw the water) 3) Room was in a really bad shape with no shower curtain [made the whole bathroom wet] and only 2 towels for the 4 of us. Ofcourse there was no one to call to get this rectified. There was no exhaust from bathroom, so we had to open the front door to let out all the steam - incredible Recommend Expedia remove this hotel from their list...

Für Riesende ohne große Ansprüche okay

Wir sind im März gereist und es war uns klar, dass es kühl ist - daher hätten wir eine Heizmöglichkeit erwartet. Die Klimaanlage allein schaffte es leider nicht und erst am 2. Tag bekamen wir eine zusätzliche Decke. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, außer einem "Frisiertisch" mit viel zu tiefem Spiegel und einem Mini-Nachttisch gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Der Kleiderschrank hatte nur eine Stange, alles andere musste auf den Schrankboden. Das Bad war sehr eng und die Dusche ebenso, wenn man nicht gerade Bohnenstange ist, nicht sehr angenehm. Das warme Wasser brauchte enorme Anlaufzeiten, am ersten Tag gab es gar keines. Es war jedoch alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieter nett und auf Anfrage gab es dann auch Decken und Warmwasser. Das Hotel liegt in einem Teil von Fira, wo außer Wohnhäusern und einigen weiteren Hotels NICHTS ist. Ein kleiner Minimarkt ca. 10 min straßab, die nächsten Lokale in der Stadt ca. 30-40 min (zu Fuß). Jetzt im März haben die Lokale am Kraterrand fast alles geschlossen, so dass man etwas weiter weg in den Ort muss. Auf Grund der Abgeschiedenheit und recht steilen Straßen ist ein Auto empfehlenswert! Die Terrasse war jedoch schön, im Sommer gibt es dann auch einen Pool. Obwohl das Hotel direkt in einer Straßenkehre liegt, war es recht ruhig. Das WiFi war gut.

Great and cheapest accommodation in the city!

The experience is good. It's the cheapest accommodation in Fira. The host was very friendly and helpful. They even offer us a ridd to the airport for €20 which you can share the cost among the group. We even got to keep our luggage in their office when we check out in the morning and come back at night to redeem our luggage. We got a nice room facing the pool. Everything was alright. The only problem is that the place was a little hard to find. You need GPS or you can ask around to find the place. You need to go through a maze from the bus Central station through the housing areas of the Greeks. But besides that, everything was great. A recommended place to stay if you want the cheapest place to stay in the city, Fira. It's all worth it.

We booked Villa Murano but were transferred to Grand Murano after we tried for 2 hours to contact reception staff. Hotel was on an exceptionally busy street and the traffic noise was unrelenting (24 hours ) No staff present. Reception rarely manned. Pair of faux diamond earrings disappeared from the room. Room was not cleaned in 7 days Definitely not the 3 star accommodation we booked. I

So difficult to get there

Hard to get there. The tv didnt work. The reception service ends early and starts late in the morning They were very nice to take us to the port.

The boss of Villa Murano treated me as a theaf.

The boss wanted me to open my luggage because he thought that I stole 2 towels from them. I explained him about it. He asked housekeeper about it. The housekeeper proofed that I was right. "I'm not a theaf" that I said. He didn't apologize me. I felt so terrible.

櫃枱常常沒有人的很糟的飯店

房間很非常非常小,小的很離普,加了床的房間完全沒有地方放行李。 房間是收不到wife的，完全收不到. 飯店櫃枱並不是24小時的,下午休息時段無法辨理入住,令人非常困擾 晚上沒有熱水,沒有熱水的同時,櫃台是沒有人的。隔天的抱怨沒有得到任何的道歉。 蓮蓬頭是非常破舊的,水花到處噴濺,水龍頭需要非常非常用力才能關緊,鐵製的零件是生鏽且斷裂的

Villa Murano is about a 15 min walk to the centre of Fira. The hotel receptionist is very nice and very helpful. The owner picked us up at the airport. However, it was a headache trying to organize drop off at the port, which is included in the reservation. We were left a note that we have to pay 5 euros each for drop off and at 6 am for a 8:30 am ferry. We called and confirmed with someone for 7 am, but the driver still knocked on our door at 6:30 asking why we were late. He was annoyed that he had to wait for us and was not very friendly. We didn't need to pay the 5 euros each. So the overall experience was very flaky and confusing. I would not stay here again.
