Khách sạn Santoy Hanover

"Loved everything about this resort."

"No complaints about any of it. Food portions are very generous and priced well."

"The rooms are very nice and spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. However, some of the sofas and garden furniture had stains, so a little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would improve the overall experience. The main buffet restaurant offers a good selection of food and plenty of choice. There is also a small restaurant serving burgers and hot dogs, which was reasonable, and a coffee shop offering coffee and light snacks, which was also nice. Unfortunately, the other...

"Keep up the great work"

"Perfect stay. In every way. I particularly enjoyed the spacious balcony. Well done to the entire team at Travellers. Thank you for a relaxing, easy, comfortable stay."

"There was no wifi , and I wish I was notified about this , because traveling internationally you depend on this . Otherwise, this is my 8th time here and it’s convenient and nice"

"Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning."

"The beach chairs with umbrella were nice. The beachfront is mellow and clean."

"Great place to stay!"

"The hotel was amazing"

"Staff is very friendly, but the food wasn't the best. This was our 2nd time going to grand palladium. Our 1st visit was amazing! But the 2nd time around, things weren't great. We're planning our trip back next year, so hopefully by then, the few problems we had will be resolved, but overall we had a great time."

"The staff and resort were Jamazing!! Special shout out to Michelle and Nicholas (our butlers) for an amazing experience."

"I stayed there twice in about 2 months, everything about it is perfect; location, beachfront, staff, room was clean with daily housekeeping if you want it, the food at their restaurant is great. They have a sister property on the cliffs, so you can go there too to relax. I love Negril and I love Charela. I will stay there over and over."

"I liked everything! Freendly staff, the beach a paradise. I will come again!"

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating. Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience."

"Beautiful property and excellent staff!"
