"My room did not get cleaned in 2 days. I went to the desk to complain after the first day and asked for more towels. Never received the towels or the room was never cleaned. Asked for refund for buffet I prepaid for on the 15th & also the 18th because we left too early and breakfast wasn't out. The buffet was terrible, food was old and tough and not warm at all. This is a terrible place to stay. I'm prior military and traveled all around the world. This has to be on the lists of places I would...
