First when I went to my room and tried to login to the wifi login that was indicated on my passkey package, that was not the correct login for the “apartment “ side for the hotel. I went down to the apartment front desk where they advised me that was the incorrect information provided. I also noted to the front desk , that the package also indicated free shuttle bus, yet I was charged 5 euros. She returned that to me when I pointed out the discrepancy. On thy...

"All - and I mean all - the staff were extremely friendly, professional and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious - and there was plenty of choice. The coffee machine was fantastic!! And the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Was a fantastic stay. Plus, it's a great location. Very easy to use an Amsterdam and region travel ticket to get to lots of interesting places. "
