"Citizen M doesn’t just have the the comfiest airport hotel beds I know, they have the comfiest hotel beds full stop! I always have such a deep sleep when I stay here. Staff couldn’t be any more helpful or friendly too!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. We were given a nice quiet room. The location is handy and everything was as we expected. Only reason score is 4 not 5 is that the restaurant was under refurbishment so missing a key component but lots of cafes and restaurants right on doorstep so not a massive ..."
