Die Klimaanlage war defekt, aber wir haben einen Ventilator bekommen. Das war eine gute Alternative. Die Damen vom Frühstückservice waren sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr sehr gut. Es gab Rührei, Waffeln, Brot und italienisches Frühstück, wie Cornetto usw. Säfte, Kaffee und alles was das Herz begehrt. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming us with a smile. The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was also a highlight – tasty, varied, and well-served. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

"Wonderful hotel. Perfect location and unique in that there is a beautiful area with grass and trees right by the lake. All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Food was excellent and good value. Overall a really enjoyable stay. We will be visiting again. "
