My apartment was clean but Very Angry about the lack of communication with getting my room/apartment information and had to sit outside for more than an hour until they finally found my reservation after showing them multiple receipts of purchase. didnt have my own way of getting in and out of the building due to the mess up and had to wait to be let in when going out because they kept trying to verify i was suppose to be there. "Though small, the flat is great and well neat. It has a great view and good lighting control. Also, it is well located in the South Zone of SP. However, the check-in process is the worst ever. They'll make you deposit 1k BRL to their bank account - which they claim they'll refund it all within a week after your checkout. They won't send all the information you'll need via message or whatsapp. Instead, they'll send you a link that contains all the info about your stay - whcih lacks clarity and...
