The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. "Aluguei um chalé para passar meu aniversario, chegando ao local fui surpreendida com o local da estadia, não sendo onde aluguei (como consta nas fotos) mas sim, um “porão” em baixo da casa do caseiro do local, ao lado da casinha do cachorro. Local mofado, pessoas com mais de 1,65m de altura não cabem dentro do quarto! Experiência terrível! "
