O hotel tem mostrado queda de qualidade ano após ano. Neste ano, notamos um descuido geral na limpeza, pouca variedade no café da manhã, área da piscina mal cuidada e toalhas de banho ruins, além da internet instável. Pontos fortes, seguem sendo a localização e o quarto muito amplo, com ótima cama, além do bom restaurante

Hotel com com conforto, atendimento ruim

Quarto não estava preparado para atender duas pessoas. Só tinha uma toalha de banho. Atendente do check in informou que não tinha água no quarto. Levamos do térreo. E ao chegar no quarto percebemos que a geladeira estava abastecida e tinha água Não foi feita limpeza do quarto. Equipe do café muito boa. Lá nao temos o que reclamar!

Atendimento ruim

Sempre vou nesse hotel e gosto muito, só que dessa vez que fui me decepcionei, não tinha cobertor nem papel higiênico no banheiro, nos armários não tinha copo nem os utensílios de cozinha que sempre ficam disponíveis, fiquei no quarto 103 e senti que o quarto foi arrumado pela metade faltando itens de cama. Fiquei 30min na fila pra fazer o check-in que tinha 2 pessoas atendendo de forma lenta. (De todas as vezes que fui anteriormente foi muito rápido)

PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO!! Cheguei a noite no hotel, nao tinha cobertor no quarto. Interfonei na recepção e o atendente disse q so tinha uma manta e que eu tinha que buscar na recepção. Ao acordar a mesma coisa, minha esposa foi tomar banho, estava sem as toalhas e novamente pediram pra ir buscar pois estava sem funcionários. Cafe da manha basico do básico. Banheiro do quarto nao tem nada haver com o do anúncio.
