"This is a beautiful stay in a very convenient location! Everything is close by and driving to the East side of the island is only an hour. Everything else is even closer! The front desk staff were all exceptional and helped us with directions, recommendations for restaurants and also suggestions on where to go. They were all very kind to us. We loved having a delicious breakfast on the property every morning. We also really enjoyed coming back after the day and having a glass of wine and dinner on the outdoor patio. We took advantage of the horses and booked a riding experience. The horses are very well trained and my daughter loved it. The owner João was wonderful and extremely kind to us throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return!"

"The rooftop pool had amazing views of the city, stocked towels and plenty of loungers. The room was way bigger than expected, had two smart TVs, clean and a big private balcony where we could hear the street music. The buffet was fully stocked with fruits, veg, pastries AND even had crispy bacon. My son called it five stars. We all enjoyed our time here."

"Miguel at the bar was our main server and he was a big help. The meals at the restaurant were lovely - excellent view of the ocean. Food was great. Converting euros to CND$ makes it all feel quite expensive. But we felt overall that the value equation was there compared to other European destinations. Rooms were great, kept clean by cleaning staff. One recommendation is to invest in a larger TV for the Bar area. Watching the world cup on a 48 inch screen was somewhat comical. Great location as it was a short drive to Pont Delgado and the Santa Barbara Beach. Lovely stay. Want to return to the Azores soon."
