"Nicole, Aidlia, Nathalia, Rodrigo, Miguel displayed passion i envied. There was nothing too much to ask. The same for the breakfast show kitchen Chef with the goatie beard navigating the demands for all sort of fancy egg diahes. I am particularly amazed by his attention to detail and multi tasking skills. Well trained i thought! That required focus, and a great amount of love for the job. The passion for their job was evident. For their island! We love that! The hotel is a beautiful wonder....

"Raquel and the team are incredible! They corrected issues and errors expeditiously. The team took the time to acknowledge my friend and I celebrating our milestone birthday with a surprise. I literally called the front desk at any hour for help, thanks Jon, even arranging taxi rides when uber and bolt wouldn’t pick me up. It’s in the center of town. "Our family of four recently stayed at the Delta Marriott, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent—right off the highway with easy access to nearby towns and just minutes from downtown Ponta Delgada. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and very convenient for families with young children. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great amenities. While the outdoor pool was beautiful, it was a bit too cold during our stay, so our kids spent most of their time enjoying the warm...

"Highly recommend this hotel. This hotel is well situated, about a 2 minute walk to center of town. Parking outside is metered from 8pm-7am, or hotel offers parking 10€ a day. Lot directly across the street is 6€ a day, or if you are ok to walk about 2 blocks- free parking on the street (ask hotel which streets, they will tell you) Clara, Tomas, Luis and Tugo really went above and beyond and help my cousin and I during our stay . "The hotel is exceptional and the area where it is located is breathtaking. While you have to pay in order to use the geothermal pools anywhere else on the island, there are geothermal pools right here in the hotel for your use anytime of the day or night! The hotel leaves little treats and trinkets in your room for you throughout most of your stay, there are incredible tasting teas with cookies in the lobby area, and breakfast was divine! We highly recommend this hotel!"

"I stayed in the royal sweet and there was a bit of a smell. Unfortunately for me, the bed was uncomfortable. They are very firm and im used to something alot softer. I ended up sleeping on the pull out could which was better. Other than that breakfast was good and staff very friendly. I would stay here again since it is confidently located and parking is great."
