The property was good, not great. Only one member on staff spoke English. The breakfast was not what Americans are used to but since everyone else staying there was Brazilian, I guess it made sense.

Atendimento Decepcionante

Não consigo fazer qualquer elogio a este hotel, pois algo me desagradou profundamente. Não consegui esquentar uma simples água para preparar o chimarrão, nem na recepção nem na cozinha. Negaram-me um pouco de água quente, algo que nunca aconteceu antes em qualquer lugar onde me hospedei, inclusive em outros hotéis de São Leopoldo. Foi uma experiência inédita e extremamente negativa. Notei, ainda, que outros hóspedes também solicitaram água quente e não conseguiram. Além disso, a atendente da recepção era antipática e demonstrou total falta de vontade em ajudar. Essa foi minha primeira e última vez neste hotel e em qualquer outro da rede. Não pretendo voltar. O ocorrido foi no dia 8 de dezembro, pela manhã.

Já foi melhor. Durante minha última estada, saí pela manhã e, ao retornar às 14:30h, o quarto ainda não havia sido limpo/arrumado. Para que eu pudesse trabalhar no quarto, dispensei o serviço.

Problemas de manutenção nos móveis. Mesmo no 8º and, muitos pernilongos no quarto. Piscina com água com água turva. Café da manhã bom. Funcionários atenciosos.

Spacious room, but don't go barefoot.

The hotel closes its bar on top floor, so if you don't want to order room service, there is only a small cafe at ground floor you can have the food. The floor of my room was not as clean as I assumed. Maybe they forgot to mop the floor? One black hair was found on the fresh towel provided. The room is spacious, and the breakfast has a good variety of food served.

Suíte Master

O Hotel estava lotado e acabaram por nos oferecer a suíte master. Sensacional. Vale registrar que fomos muito bem atendidos. Os funcionários (destaque para o Eduardo e, se não me falha a memória, a Denise) foram incansáveis na tentativa de nos conseguir uma opção de acomodação (havia um evento na região e os hotéis estavam todos lotados)

Bom, sempre

Segunda vez essa semana que nos hospedamos neste hotel. Voltamos pq é muito bom. Atendimento nota dez, quarto confortável, café da manhã muito bom. A única coisa que temos a comentar negativamente (até não é culpa do hotel ) foram trabalhadores da empresa ECOLOG , hospedados no hotel, que não usavam máscara nem luvas na hora de se servir no café da manhã . O funcionário teve que pedir para que respeitassem as regras. Voltarei sempre que precisar ir a São Leopoldo .

Foi uma surpresa muito agradável nossa hospedagem. Quarto espaçoso, atendimento especial, internet ótima, vários canais de TV (importante nas Olimpíadas ), café da manhã, ar condicionado inverter. Serviço de quarto(cafeteria no térreo). Estão de parabéns !!

Decepcionante e frio.

Hotel antigo, fomos bem recepcionados, vista muito bonita, café da manhã normal, gostoso e pessoas atenciosas, agora quando entramos no quarto estranhamos ar condicionado central, ligamos, comentamos do ar, pediram 1 hora para esquentar, cidade de Novo Hamburgo muito fria, ficamos descansando 3 horas até ir a festa, continuou gelado, chegamos da festa, ligamos o ar novamente, e passamos frio a noite toda, pois era o quarto 12 andar, inverno do Sul, sem ar-condicionado, e como sempre é feito na maioria dos lugares, pediram desculpas, iam falar com a gerência, e etc etc uma noite que era para ser agradável, passamos muito frio, principalmente ao amanhecer, por causa do frio, aproveitamos pouco a estrutura do quarto, saímos do hotel cedo, pois não conseguíamos ficar no quarto nem para ver TV de tão gelado que estava, pagamos um valor alto, para ter o melhor quarto e foi Infelizmente decepcionante, mais tudo bem faz parte, boa sorte aos próximos.

Bom custo benefício.

A estadia foi boa. Solicitei troca de quarto devido a reparos que eram necessários no que eu estava, e prontamente fui atendido. O quarto é bem equipado e a cama é boa, fiquei com ressalvas apenas com o banheiro. O chuveiro é bom mas faltam amenities, como sabonete e mais toalhas. Possui ar condicionado e luzes de led.
