Estádia de quatro noites - Viagem à trabalho.

Hotel bem localizado, com café da manhã bom. Só não gostei do cheiro de mofo na entrada do Quarto, quando eu cheguei, mas que depois passou e me deram um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, sendo que pedi uma cama de casal.

Antes de Alugar vi muitos comentários negativos, porém, minha experiência foi Ótima, o quarto é bom, confortável, ar-condicionado gela, café da manhã bem completo, o Hotel é bem localizado, próximo de tudo, Valor de diária perfeita, somente a internet que estava ruim, mas, como estamos em tempo chuvoso até entendo que os provedores ficam com instabilidade, mediante isso dou nota 9.5, voltarei com certeza

Experiência Ruim, falta gestão

Hotel tem tudo para ser um bom hotel, mas falta gestão, se não quer se estressar não vá: atendimento de regular a ruim, café da manhã péssimo em 08 dias rigorosamente a mesma coisa sem variedade nenhuma, bebida que chamavam de suco era refresco em pó ultra processado, não tinha manteiga, serviam margarina em um pote grande, assim como doces...não condiz com a realidade do nordeste, atendimento ruim, funcionários ríspidos e em pouco número, restaurante sempre cheio, faltam lugares e a reposição dos alimentos é muito falha. Serviço de camareira, limpeza do quarto bem matada, em 8 dias de hospedagem em nenhum dia foi deixado papel higiênico no quarto, tínhamos que ir de forma humilhante na recepção pedir papel porque nunca tinha, além da qualidade do papel que era péssima, nem em prefeitura com menor preço com licitação vendem um papel tão ruim. Se vc sente frio leve sua manta, hotel não disponibiliza esse item básico. Roupa de cama em 8 dias não foi trocada em nenhum dia. Em 8 dias de hospedagem 5 a piscina ficou fechada, colocaram placa em manutenção e hóspede que se exploda! Cobram estacionamento 30 reais, mas há vários lugares para estacionar ao redor sem precisar pagar. Não existe bebidas no frigobar, caso queira comprar do hotel tem na recepção, mas é preciso pagar cada vez que vc pe a bebida ou itens do cardapio. Enfim, foi uma experiência ruim em 8 dias de hospedagem, mas nada complicado, basta uma gerente que treine seus funcionários e faça as mudanças referidas.

O hotel é ok, a localização é boa, pelo preço supriu bem pois fiquei só dois dias. Os roupas de cama não estavam totalmente limpas e o quarto tava um pouco empoeirado. O Café da manhã é péssimo, com pouca opção e reposição.
