"Considering its price, this is a great value apartment. It is spacious, clean and modern. The bedding is very comfortable. It is located close to a subway station, walking streets, restaurants, a park, and about 20 min car ride to downtown area. The only downside is that there are many homeless people in the park and around the subway exit. While they are harmless, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable staying in the neighborhood. "

"Pros: room was clean, centrally located to restaurants, metro, nightlife. Biometrics entry. Cons: construction in the daytime, toilet clogged. Biometrics only worked on one of two guests. Communication was easy with their customer service but I did have to reach out to them when my security clearance hadn’t been completed. I would recommend this place but with caution. "

"O hotel é muito bom. O café da manhã é padrão, poderia ter mais opções, pelo tamanho do hotel, esperava-se um café da manhã mais completo. O hotel é de moradias também, mas bem silencioso. A região é bem tranquila, até demais, deu até um pouco de medo andar pelo bairro, já que o mesmo, é considerado nobre. Conseguimos assistir a corrida de São Silvestre que a rota era bem próxima do hotel. Não exploramos muito o bairro por não conhecermos bem a região e pelo porte do mesmo."

Staff have no permission to enter your room while you’re staying so if you stay many nights it could be a problem but staff is attentive if you need help. Eugenia (a lady on cleaning duty) was super nice and picked up the trash from me, gave me extra soap and towels when I complained. "
