The location is very convenient to many wonderful restaurants. The property is hugely outdated: holes in stained curtains, bedspreads, mold in bathroom, tiles coming off in shower, air conditioning that leaked into room. Rude breakfast/buffet staff, good breakfast; property holds firm to 2:00 check-in, any arrival before that requires a wait in the un-air conditioned lobby until then.

This hot, el was my go to property on our visits to Sao Paulo (normally about once a month). Unfortunately the hotel has been getting from bad to worse. Now they only clean the rooms once every three days. Any additional cleaning before the three days is subject to a charge. The hotel may be under construction as for the second time , I woke up and there was no running water. Out of three elevators one is out of order and another one has a dirty construction cover. At least three times I had to go back down to get my card keys reprogrammed as they stopped working. Very inconvenient as sometimes trying to go down to the first floor took a while due to the heavy use of the elevators. Due to the age of the hotel, they do not have the luxury of cleaning the rooms every three days. Breakfast buffet is great and very complete. Cleaning ladies are very friendly. I sincerely hope they get better as the hotel is centrally located close to restaurants and transportation.

Very poor Standard

Unfortunately the Hotel is very old and needs urgent renovation. Rooms are very dirty and there aren't standards at all. After complaining few times I have been moved to other room with better condition, but overall the Hotel need urgent improvement, would not return.

Apesar do hotel ter uma excelente localização, fiquei mega decepcionada ao hospedar com minha mãe em um quarto onde o banheiro se encontrava com vazamentos na parte inferior do vaso, descarga horrível, pia do banheiro também com vazamento direto da torneira e com acabamento como se estivesse soltando, sem contar do chuveiro que fica dentro de uma banheira antiga e mega desconfortável para banho por ter uma cortina ao invés do box. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e solicitamos conserto pra pelo menos finalizar os dias, mas não adiantou nada e disseram que o hotel estava sem quartos disponíveis. Passamos todos esses dias com banheiro nessa situação precária, sem contar da sobrecarga de hóspedes com apenas um elevador em funcionamento na parte da manhã. Insatisfeita demais, espero que melhorem para nenhuma outra pessoa passar por esse descaso depois de investir em um lugar assim.

Hotel com bom atendimento é lindo, porém deixa a desejar com infraestrutura. Moveis da recepção em mal estado, porta do banheiro do quarto sem fechar, porta do banheiro da recepção tb sem fechar e com fechadura quebrada, pressão da torneira desregulada, a banheira sem opção para uso, cortina na banheira consequentemente molhando o banheiro, apenas dois elevadores com pouca capacidade p atender os hóspedes, principalmente se o hotel estiver com fluxo maior de hóspedes.
