Hotel muito antigo e desatualizado. Parecia que tinha voltado no tempo. Banheiro com a banheira entupida. Ao pedir para mudar de quarto me ofereceram um ainda mais antigo e de solteiro. Ao comentar como o hotel estava em condições ruins, a pessoa que acompanhava disse: não cobraremos se quiser sair (o que indica que a situação deve ser comum). E a terceira vez que fico em um Estanplaza, três localidades diferentes, e todos abaixo da média. Não volto.

Inacreditavelmente a porta BLINDEX do banheiro se soltou do trilho quando eu fechei na hora do banho. Só não foi um acidente grave pq eu tive forças para segurar a porta antes dela bater no chão e estilhaçar toda. Um perigo… se fosse uma mulher ou criança teria se cortado toda.

Fui bem atendido pelos funcionários do hotel. O lugar era de fácil acesso. Porém não tinha muita pra fazer perto do hotel. Sábado foi um pouco complicado de dormir porque tinha um bar perto e fizeram barulho até tarde. O café da manhã foi bom. No quarto também não tinha muitas tomadas. Mas fora esses pontos, nossa estadia foi muito boa.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado entre a Marginal Pinheiros e a Berrini. A equipe toda é extremamente educada e prestativa. Desde o pessoal do estacionamento, segurança, recepção, restaurante...Todos muito bem preparados. O café da manhã é bom, o quarto é antigo porém bem cuidado. Chuveiro excelente.
