Incrível!!!

Perfeito é pouco!! O resort é incrível!!! Tem ate comida japonesa, piscina quente de verdade, pois nos últimos hotéis que fiquei eram só climatizadas.. Limpeza perfeita, chalé confortável e tudo lindo!!!

Fui com meus pais idosos e fomos extremamente bem recebidos e cuidados em nossas necessidades. A equipe é o ponto alto! acolhimento e atenção nos detalhes. Além disso, as refeições são muito caprichadas e tem variedade. Amamos e já queremos voltar. Ah! A queima de fogos da noite de natal é incrível.

Tivemos uma estadia ótima, estava buscando: tranquilidade, otima gastronômia e lazer completo. E foi isso que o Atibainha nos proporcinou. Um lugar tranquilo e aconchegante com otimos pratos em todas refeições, e diversão para todas as idades. O atendimento é muito bom, funcionarios educados e prestativos. Não falta atividades para aqueles que procuram diversão. Existe apenas uns pequenos ajustes nesse hotel; porém trata-se da minha humilde sugestão. O salão de jogos é bem espaçoso porem sentimos que nao havia um cuidado com ele como se tinha em outras areas. A mesa de bilhar é pequena e desnivelada, faltando algumas bolas, os jogos eletronicos alguns estava com falta de manutenção. porém nada que atrapalhasse a nossa visita. Super indico o hotel superou minhas espectativas, e com certeza voltaremos em outras oportunidades.. parabéns a toda equipe do hotel

Foi a segunda vez que estivemos no Hotel Estância Atibainha e dessa vez o atendimento e alimentação nos decepcionaram. Poucos garçons para servir bebidas no restaurante, dificuldade de achar uma mesa limpa e posta no café, além da comida parecer que estava sempre sendo reutilizada, muito pouco atrativa.

De forma geral boa. Precisa variar o café da manhã e o chá da tarde. Muito pão atualmente. As casinhas de madeiras onde as crianças brincam, os móveis estão em situação precária. Com arames expostos. Precisão de manutenção rápida. O outro ponto fraco é o declive do terreno.

Todos os requisitos do hotel foram bons como limpeza, recepção, acesso, atendimento, mas o que me deixou chateado foi o fato de chegar na hora das refeições e um certo ingrediente do buffet ter acabado e ninguém repor, dizendo que já tinha acabado.

Gostamos bastante. Hotel muito agradável. Os quartos são confortáveis e tudo muito limpo, Muitas atividades para quem está com crianças, e para adultos também, Piscinas quentes ou climatizada, o que é bastante agradável. A topografia não é muito boa, mas tem opção de transporte dentro do hotel. Ref. a alimentação, muito boa, muitas opções. Café da manhã gostoso e cheio de opções. Vale a pena.

Ótima férias em família!

A nossa estadia foi incrível. Adoramos o hotel. Conta com excelente infraestrutura (pedalinho, piscinas, passeio a cavalo, fazendinha, tirolesa, toboáguas, música ao vivo, recreação). A localização do chalé é ótima o que nos permitiu fazer tudo a pé. A comida também é excelente.

O hotel é ótimo para crianças. Infelizmente choveu o tempo todo e não havia opções para adultos. O hotel fica numa colina íngreme e a locomoção é difícil em função das ladeiras. Se você não for um atleta, é complicado.comida muito boa

Grupo de monitoria excelente para todas as faixas etárias atuando das 10h às 22:15h com diversas atividades. Os monitores entregam as crianças no quarto.

Estadia tranquila e agradável

Minha família e eu gostamos muito do hotel porém, temos algumas ressalvas quanto à alimentação e entretenimento. A alimentação praticamente era a mesma todos os dias. Deveriam melhorar as opções de salada, pois quase não tinha verduras. As carnes vermelhas também estavam duras. Quanto aos doces estão de parabéns. Sentimos falta de alguma diversão, principalmente à noite, pois jantávamos e íamos para o quarto. O hotel possui ótimos espaços que não estavam sendo aproveitados... uma música, barzinho aberto para um drink, o piano bar, uma atração para as crianças. O toboágua radical também não estava funcionando e minhas filhas estavam querendo ir. No mais o hotel é muito bom!! Funcionários sempre atenciosos e prestativos, limpeza em geral muito boa, quarto muito confortável, hotel amplo, bonito e muito agradável. Voltaríamos lá com certeza!!
