Mercure Hotel it is very well Located in a good area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are good size with comfortable mattresses and the bathroom has a shower with good shower pressure and amenities like shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer etc. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Gosto de me hospedar neste Hotel porque é bem localizado, cama confortável e excelente Café-da-manhã. Os funcionários são atenciosos e solícitos e te atendem imediatamente. A cafeteira estava com mal funcionamento e foi trocada. O problema dos quartos do Mercure são os espelhos na porta do armário que fica ao lado da cama, pertubando o sono e impedindo que a gente possa checar a roupa antes de sair. É problema velho e fácil de resolver.

Sempre um bom hotel!

É sempre um bom hotel para se hospedar em SP. Excelente localização, muitos lugares acessíveis, restaurantes, bares, local tranquilo e silencioso. Entretanto, precisei de pedir a troca dos travesseiros, muito desconfortáveis e a duchinha higiênica estava com vazamentos. Mas são questões pontuais, facilmente corrigíveis! Recomendo!

Ja é segunsa vez que me hospedo no Mercure e eu simplismente amo!!! A unica coissa que adicionairoa seria ter mais opcoes de lanche e outras refeicoes no cardapio. Sei que o restaurante é à parte, mas quando pegamos epoca de feriado, muitas lojas ali ao redor estao fechadas e restaurante é muito bom, mas nao tem muitas opcoes de lanches.

Má experiência....

Pior banho de hotel que já tomei. Pouca água saindo da ducha e demora pra aquecer. Solicitei travesseiros adicionais e não recebi (nem satisfação deram). Qdo cheguei e ainda na primeira troca de toalhas fiquei sem toalhas de rosto, pois não disponibilizaram. No café da manhã o pessoal que recolhe a louça escolheu usar a mesa de suporte que já estava junto à minha. Pensa numa zoeira de talher batendo em louça, bem como louça batendo em louça, no meu ouvido durante o meu café. E olha que o salão não estava cheio. Poderia ter sido feito numa mesa vazia, tranquilamente. Ausência total de acolhimento do pessoal da recepção. A gente sabe que o horário de check-in é às 14 hs, mas quando a gente chega mais cedo, e cansado da viagem, queremos perceber pelo menos uma boa vontade, por parte dos atendentes, em nos encaixar o quanto antes nas acomodações. Não foi o que tivemos. Pelo contrário, houve uma ênfase em nos lembrar o horário contratual de entrada... (achei o Ó). Não pretendo voltar...
