Péssimo!!!!
Não gostei, pois os funcionários não sabiam da reserva e nem esperavam, ficaram sabendo após mostrar a reserva no aplicativo é mesmo assim disponibilizaram apenas o quarto que havia no momento e não ocorreu café da manhã grátis conforme no anúncio.
