Fiquei hospedado neste hotel onde não há a menor condição de ficar. Hotel sem estrutura nenhuma, sujo, com vazamento, fiação exposta. Um absurdo a rede OYO ter certificado esse hotel.

Vcs deveriam ter vergonha de anunciar um hotel desse péssimo nunca mais primeira é última horrível em tudo tv sem volume ar condicionado sem controle barata nos corredor não tem luz nos corredores

Já me hospedei em outros hotéis da rede OYO e entendo que a proposta é oferecer uma hospedagem mais simples. No entanto, “simples” não pode ser sinônimo de sujo, malcuidado e assustador. O quarto não tinha nenhuma tomada disponível, havia vários fios elétricos expostos, interruptores sem funcionar, caixas de luz quebradas, controle do ar-condicionado inutilizável e o próprio interruptor do aparelho também não funcionava. Além disso, o banheiro estava em péssimas condições, com o vaso sanitário sem tampa.

A hospedagem está em nome da minha mãe, mas eu, Célio, quem se hospedou. Apesar das diversas avaliações negativas sobre o local, acabei ficando por não haver reembolso. O quarto estava limpo, assim como banheiro e lençóis. Porém, houve uma situação que me deixou um tanto desconfortável, no 2 dia de diária, acordei com alguém mexendo na maçaneta da porta e tentando abrir a Janela do quarto. Em resumo, acabei mudando de hotel com a justificativa de que meu voo fora atencipado. O atendimento das meninas da recepção foi impecável e agradeço pela disponibilidade de um cabo carregador quando o meu quebrou.

O conjunto por si não ajuda. As atendentes bem tranquilas e dentro da possibilidade atenderam a demanda. As instalações muito antiga, trocamos de quarto 3 vezes. Reservei 04 diarias, pois meu voo chegava as 08:00, visto que o check-in começa as 14:00, comprei para um dia antes, mesmo assim, chegamos e não tinha quarto compativel disponivel. Depois fomos colocaos em um onde não tinha porta no banheiro, a Tv não funcionava e ar não gelava. Por ultimo, fomos colocados no 219, quarto ate bom, mas as roupas de cama, travesseiros muito velhos. Alem de ter uma senhora de idade ficava tentado abrir a porta toda hora. Um cheiro horrivel de urina.

Esperava mais.

Chegando lá me mandam entrar e escolher o quarto pra depois fazer check in . Televisão alguns canais não tinha som. Não tinha papel no banheiro. Cama muito dura e desconfortável. Atendimento não muito bom. Diz portaria ser 24 hrs mas cheguei às 3 e pouco e ouvi reclamando de abrir a portaria. Fui fazer checkout e nem subiram no quarto pra ver se tava TD ok. Bem abaixo das minhas expectativas.

E hotel bastante modesto, recomendado para quem precisa de um local para pernoitar, tem uma boa localização para transportes no entorno tem poucas opções de alimentação mas atende, a limpeza é boa, o atendimento é bom funcionários atenciosos.

Totalmente Insatisfeito

Péssimo lugar, hotel tem 2 estrelas qualificado pelo hoteis.com, mas eu não daria nem 1 estrela, lugar ruim mesmo, aspecto de limpeza deprimente, o valor foi baixo em relação aos outros hotéis da região, porém não vale a pena, o banheiro por exemplo não tinha porta no box e nem sequer uma cortina, aí quando tomava banho molhava o banheiro todo e ao falar com o recepcionista ele deu um rodo com um pano de chão para usar ao terminar o banho, realmente surreal, por isso que nas fotos só aparece uma parte do banheiro e para completar lá morava uma senhora que ao sair do quarto e passear pelo hotel, deixava um cheiro horrivel pelo hall, com um cheiro igual a de um mendigo que mora nas ruas, eu achei até que era morador de rua. Realmente foi o pior hotel em que fiquei na minha vida. Mas agora aprendi que ao reservar um hotel, tem que sempre ler os comentários.
