"Pra comecar fiz o pagemnto aqui pela plataforma e ao chegar no hotel , o recpecionista informou que o pagamento estava pendente. Ao mostrar o comprovante de pagamento e o agendamento pelo aplicativo o mesmo informou que havia se enganado. A tv do quarto estava com problemas e mesmo me queixando sobre isso, nao mandaram ninguem olhar, apenas informou que nao havia outro quarto, não há vista pela janela ,ao abrir vc so ver paredes e restos de obras. Não há quem lhe oriente sobre o café da manhã e...

"The quality of the rooms are not the best. Some walls and doors look dirty, the bathroom is not in the best conditions either. The staff are very friendly and warm that's the peak of the hotel. Breakfast the variety is ok, not the best either. "
