Everything was perfect! The mountains end Lake Sapança makes it an unforgettable experience. There were activities for anyone wanting to join in.The swimming pool, the walking pats are beautiful,. Thıs hotel I would recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location and the serenity of the resort is amazing. We were received by Ms Samia Mohamed at the reception desk. She took excellent care of our stay. She explained to us various touristic areas and transportation options. We will certainly come back.

Bu otelde 5-6 kez konakladım. Bir Sapanca klasiği , yemekleri, temizliği , sessiz ve huzurlu ortamı tam bir wellness oteli. Sadece Spa 22:00 de kapanacak diye biliyorduk 21:40 da personel tarafından kibarca tesisi artık boşaltmamız uyarısı gelince pek hoş olmadı .

Otel ile ilgili genel itibariyle olumsuz bir şey söylemem mümkün değil. Tüm çalışanları büyük bir övgüyü hak ediyor.

Harika Spa, Güler Yüzlü Ekip

Yılların değiştiremediği bir Spa kalitesi, gerçekten çok iyi. Güler yüzlü otel personeli. Cumartesi akşamı canlı müzik göl kenarında çok keyifliydi. Akşam yemeği güzel menü, kahvaltı ehven-i şer. Tek problemimiz, bizim odaya mahsus olduğunu düşündüğüm, klima problemiydi. ilk gecemizde sıcaktan uyuyamadık. Camlar da kapalıydı lakin klima hiç serinletmedi, yorgan da olunca yataklarda, zor oldu. Cumartesi şikayetimiz üzerine hemen aksiyon alındı, bir nebze daha iyi oldu ama bence daha da iyi bir soğutma olmalıydı. Son bir not www.hotels.com a, odayı yarım pansiyon olarak satın aldık, otele gidince öğrendik ki öyle bir uygulamaları yokmuş. Bunun da düzeltilmesi iyi olacaktır.

Aşırı temiz, bütün çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok yardımcı oluyor. Çok fazla Spa alanı olmasına rağmen hepsi çok temiz. Kahvaltı ve yemekler de çok güzel. Havası doğası kısaca her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Samia hanım da çok yardımcı oldu, ona da ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Sadece masaj konusunda çok sert olsun demeyin :)

Otel çok başarılı, özellikle resepsiyonundan valesine tüm çalışanlar müthiş yardımcı oluyor ve güler yüzlüler. 3 tane noktayı gelişim için vurgulamak isterim. 1. Otel eskimiş, bir renovasyon ihtiyacı var. 2. spa dışında otelde yapacak neredeyse hiç bir şey yok. Çok şirket etkinliklerine odaklanarak planlamalar yapılmış. 3. yemek ve kokteyl performansı bence gelişmeye açık. Biz yemekleri ilk gün yedik, sonra dışarıda yemek yemeyi tercih ettik. Gerçi Sapanca'yı görmek açısından iyi oldu, ama oteldeki yemek kalitesinden memnun kalmayarak yapmasak daha iyiydi tabii. Sonuç olarak, otel çok iyi biz gene gideriz,ama çok iyiden mükemmele gitmesi için, personal ve spa kalitesine yemek ve otel binası kalitesini de eklemesi lazım. 10 üzerinden 8.5 verirdim.

Wer verwöhnt werden möchte sollte hier Urlaub machen, hier wird man herzlichst empfangen. Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Alle Bereiche sind sehr sauber. Man erholt sich sehr da es ein Erwachsenen hotel ist. Da Frühstück ist gigantisch und sehr lecker. Der Spa Wellness Bereich ist gut durchdacht und schnell erreichbar. Die Lage ist perfekt die Seepromenade und das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an alle beteiligten.
