"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"Hotel ligt in het buitengebied van Blagoevgrad. In de omgeving is niet veel te doen. Ligging is vooral goed om de rila meren en het klooster te bezoeken. Beide ca. een uur rijden. Hotel is wat verouderd maar wel schoon. Mooi zwembad bestaande uit verschillende baden (warm, koud, mineraalwater). Ontbijt is prima. 1x werd was er een buffet en de overige 2x een bereid ontbijt. Porties waren groot genoeg en lekker. Restaurant in het hotel is ook goed. Prima hotel als je de prachtige omgeving wil...

"I have to say it was an excellent stay. Whilst it isn’t the Ritz, so don’t expect that, it was very solid and met the needs of a good base to access the slopes. Warm, big rooms, comfortable beds and adequate food. Remember, you get what you pay for - I’d stay here again. "
