"The hotel was aesthetically pleasing to the eye. However the rooms are not practical. The shower makes a huge mess and constantly dripped. bidet did not work, there is no place to charge your electrical toothbrush. There is only one small bin in the bathroom. No amenities in the room. There is no sitting area or stools in the room you can only sit on the bed. From a females perspective it can be very inconvenient to get dressed due to the limitations. Additionally we had a terrible first day we came to dirty bedding, no towels, not the room we expected. Our shower was broken. We had issues with our card to get into the room. We were dismissed by the receptionist at that time. We later came back to a huge leak in our room, we were expected to pack and move. We had a lovely receptionist Richard who helped us with this and gave us a room with two Mirrors. However we were not offered any upgrades considering the inconvenience that was caused. I was disappointed with the fact that it is advised as a spa hotel. However there is no spa or treatment options. Which was a dealbreaker for me as my sole purpose to book this hotel was for that. "We had a very good experience here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the air conditioning helped keep the room pleasant. The views from the room to the ocean were really beautiful. Breakfast wasn’t huge in terms of variety, but the food was fresh and enjoyable."

"Lovely room with balcony. Perfect location, walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and transportation. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was a Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was a great plus. Only downside was temporary construction work being done on the upper levels, which was quite noisy during the day. Sara at the front desk was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and make my stay in Sarande memorable. "

"The hotel is new and very clean. The room was spacious and had all the amenities. I liked the hotel was nice and quiet. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. Location wise - a little further from the central town but not hugely far. I also would’ve like a better breakfast range for the premium side of this hotel. Overall would recommend."

"The place was clean and the staff were kind despite some language barriers from the female staff member, there was an issue with the phone so when I told male receptionist that I wanted breakfast at 9AM(they said they would call me when it’s ready) nobody came through and nobody came up to knock me because apparently they didn’t want to disturb I never said I didn’t want to be disturbed so somebody probably should’ve come up to get me because it meant that my breakfast was left out for an hour. They did however reluctantly remake my scrambled eggs (despite wanting to microwave them) I did have to eat the salad though that was left out for an hour. Further the biggest things that I took issue with was the room the bathroom is poorly designed the shower had no door meaning that when I came and I switched on the shower a jet of water came out and flooded the floor of the whole bathroom and I had to call the female receptionist to help. I also did not like the sink because when you wash your face, the water is splashing back up. Helpdesk is not 24 hours. The female receptionist said she was waiting for me to come back to lock the main door which I thought was strange and I was unaware of this just like I was unaware that I couldn’t have a friend upstairs, hence why I had to leave to catch up with them outside, which is odd for a hotel. You also cannot bring your breakfast to your room which is frustrating because my first day I brought food with me and was given cutlery to eat"

"Très bel emplacement avec plage privée et prêt de toutes les attractions. Accueil très chaleureux de Tony et il a été de bon conseil. Nous étions hors saison en début Avril. La piscine était donc fermée mais nous avions tout de même accès au chaise longue."

"Everything was most delightful. The location and atmosphere are great. Tasty breakfast. Exceptionally hospitable management. Recommended to the highest degree. "
