Khách sạn Kodrra , Sarande

"Breakfast did not have many options. Although this was supposedly a five-star resort, the overall experience did not feel like a five-star stay. The customer service was definitely the best part of the hotel, as the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room design was quite uncomfortable and impractical. The bed was positioned in a way that made getting in and out feel awkward, and the shower was only partially enclosed, causing water to spray onto the bathroom floor. The bedroom...

"The apartment was totally new, maybe we were the first one having that apartment. Everything was perfect, the location, the cleaning and the staff very helpful!"

"Portanova is a beautiful hotel that is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is very good, and the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Magdalena, who was especially kind and helpful during my stay. Her warm attitude and willingness to help really made a difference. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Portanova!"

"Very good"

"The apartment has a window overlooking the sea and very good air conditioning. It also has a large fridge, a small two-ring hob and a microwave. The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from the beach and about 5 minutes from a long promenade full of small shops and restaurants. It is also around a 20-minute walk from the port terminal, where the ferries from Corfu arrive. The owner, Majki, was very helpful and available throughout our stay whenever we needed anything. He also kindly allowed us to...

"The host was welcoming, the apartment was clean and we got fresh towels every morning. The host was always happy to help whenever we needed anything and gave us the absolute best recommendation for restaurants to visit. We enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel is perfectly located on the beach with its own private beach area including sun loungers and umbrellas. We could leave our rental car in the underground garage; whenever we wanted to go somewhere, the staff would bring the car out for us. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern, it was clean and we had a balcony with a partial sea view. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection. We occasionally ordered pizza from the lunch menu—which was tasty—and the cocktails,...

"this hotel has the potential of being a nice quiet, studio apt by the water except for the neighborhood barking dogs. there are 2 nearby residences that allow their dogs to bark day and night.the 1 starts barking and it gets the others going. so you have several dogs barking constantly. if it weren't for the dogs it would have been a very pleasant stay. the family owners lives on the property. there's an office but it's never open. check in time is 1300 and check out time is 0900. I know the...

"Just one night, a great location and family run hotel was super clean, newer style showers and comfortable bed. Very quiet and relaxing"

"The staff was helpful and the air conditioning was great. There was a puddle on the floor in front of our room that we had to jump over every time we entered or exited the room. However, the location was great! Overall, it was a mediocre experience."

"The first night I was awakened by people yelling in a stairwell at midnight. they advertised this place as soundproof and it is not. then there's a new building going up next door to it and there's all this noise during the day from construction. The third night I woke up again to people yelling in the stairwell. I went downstairs after that and said can I please have a room higher up so it wouldn't be so noisy. they don't have it. they only rent out the apartments on the first floor. everything...

"Very clean hotel, lovely helpful staff who go out of their way to assist e.g if you need a taxi, recommendations, language barrier. Would highly recommend. The hotel is very clean and the private beach and food is amazing!!"

"Ina and her family were lovely hosts"

"Everything was great! The sea view was stunning, it looked like we were above the sea. Great location and very helpful host!"
