"Check in was expedient and thorough. The room on the 3rd floor was clean, quiet, and roomy. There are shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. The staff were very helpful with directing us to a great place for dinner. The buffet breakfast provided a decent variety of items to eat. The only complaint that I have is, for those who can't drink caffeinated coffee, there wasn't any brewed decaf coffee available at breakfast. "I travel a lot. I usually stay at higher end hotels. I thought I’d take a chance on Comfort Inn by Wyndham. Boy, was I disappointed!!! I called ahead to ask for extra pillows and towels. I am disabled and need these items to bath and be comfortable. When I arrived, I was put off by the property outside It was dirty, trashy, unkept. I went to the reception desk checked in and asked if the towels and pillows had been delivered to my room. NO! The guy said well you already have 4 pillows, ok I...
