"A nice place, but adjust your budget. Everything listed as available turns out to be excluded from the cost listed at Expedia. You pay extra for cleaning, electricity, pool access, beach beds, air conditioning, bed linen, shower towels etc. We did not have the barbecue, but assumed it was also separate. "Terrible facility with false advertising, I booked the facility for three nights, but the first night was so painful that I requested a refund which was refused by the front desk. I booked the 4-star hotel for the same price for the rest of the two nights I stayed in Sardinia.
