"The room was clean and comfortable but the sink was clogged up. The bathroom was not very clean. Other than that the bed was comfortable and the AC unit worked well. It was pretty quiet too. "

"I’ve stayed at this property several times over the last 4 years. Staff is always friendly. The property has aged and the rooms aren’t as clean and maintained as prior stays. The coffee pot had old coffee grounds from someone’s last stay. The bathroom walls had repair marks that were never painted and shower didn’t look very clean. Was surprised this last visit so probably my last stay."

"Everything was great except none of the ice machines worked. Front desk staff didn’t seem to care. The shuttle drivers were fabulous and very courteous. Really enjoyed our stay except for no ice and some of the vending machines were out of order as well."

"No elevator, breakfast is minimal, felt unsafe, heard people screaming and yelling next room, door keys/cards didn’t work had to go to the desk 3-4 times for replacement. "

"The staff were very nice and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was pretty nice and a good start to the day. Unfortunately, parking was a major issue. When the hotel is full, there isn’t enough parking for guests. I was even told to park at a nearby business, but their lot was full as well, which made things pretty frustrating. Definitely something to consider if you’re staying during a busy time."

"The man at the front desk seemed to hate his life. He was not friendly. At. All. The room had a sickly gross smell. Kind of like wet dog and bad food all mixed in one. The blow dryer in the room not only didn’t work but was visibly broken. We utilized the pool as we had been on the road traveling for 12 plus hours that day but even the pool looked dingy and not maintained. "I will start by saying the location is great. Very convenient. The lobby and room were clean, except for our shower. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower. Gross. We booked a king room and got a 2 queen bed room. I called the front desk to ask and she said they were overbooked and that was all they had. We were bummed about that. "We booked the hotel for the amenities(indoor pool) but half the hotel was closed, tarped and under construction. The lobby furniture and surfaces were covered in dust from the construction. I have requested a discounted rate but have yet to hear from the property manager. The hotel website should have indicated the hotel was under construction, pool and gym were closed."
