"It was tidy place, but cockroaches. I guess theres not much you can do considering the country we were in. When we walked in to the unit, the entire unit smelt like cleaning product which lasted over a day and it bothered me a bit. Having working stove, microwave and sink was handy! Power goes out if you use stove and microwave at the same time though. It was hard rocommunicate with the host unless you walk in to the check in office. I tried to reply their email, it bounced back as it is...

"The pool was as advertised. We didn't get a chance to use due to our later arrival and 1 night stay. The internet was very sketchy. It was difficult to make calls and connections were dropped. We were hiking and we had a bit of a walk to get to our place. There were no amenities such as coffee, water, or salt/pepper. No store was nearby and getting any groceries would have involved a 3 mile round trip on foot. There were also no restaurants or cafes nearby. We were provided with a fan for...

"Lovely property, spacious and well appointed apartment. Four outdoor pools (one adults only with bar), big gym, spa services, couple of warm indoor pools/hydrotherapy area. Close to beach (5 min walk). Far from town and stores - need a car or ride service to get groceries or sightsee. Plenty of parking. Restaurant on site was fabulous, ate there à la carte twice and buffet dinner twice. Staff very helpful. Decor modern and calming. Lovely place!"

"We had a good stay at Palmares overall. The property itself is gorgeous and our Signature Apartment was a huge highlight — spacious, spotless, well designed and really comfortable. "A nice place. Relatively close to the Lagos centre, maybe a 15 minute walk. There is parking, but it's a bit of a tight squeeze. We ended up parking elsewhere in the area because getting the car in and out was a hassle with a rental. Big balcony area. Updated kitchen. Access to the pool, but we did not end up using it. The company provided a lot of helpful information during check-in, with lots of videos. This was helpful in actually getting into the building."

"Amazing location- gorgeous view- grocery store downstairs was huge. Kitchen was a plus. Balcony was perfect. When we checked in there was no remote for the AC- sent someone up to give us one. Next day the extra blanket we were using was taken and had to call to get it back. Front desk kept questioning if we looked in different places instead of just offering to bring one up. "Super belle place, le personnel est sympathique. Le plancher aurait pu etre plus propre et c'est un peu vieillot mais confo. Il faut payer pour profiter d'un parasole a la piscine sur le bord de la mer :( Les 2 restos sur le domaine sont tres bien et le marché est un bon dépanneur"
