"The rooms are in a modern build anex and are comfortable, clean and very pleasant. My room and many rooms have a small balcony, air conditioning and great space. We were able to park our motorbikes right next to reception, it felt safe. Breakfast was good and there is a nice restaurant within walking distance by the river ( I think it’s owned by the same people). Staff were friendly and helpful. "Staff was very helpful and friendly! The pool is a community pool, but the hotel has a section of reserved chairs for hotel guests. eBikes were included in the reservation so we biked for ~30 minutes to go down by the river and make it easier to get back up to the hotel. Free, onsite, self parking is always nice!"

Cette dernière a communiqué avec nous la veille de notre arrivée et nous a offert un autre hébergement un peu plus loin en distance. "+ Erholsame Unterkunft mit Top Aussicht. Bei einem 4-Sternehotel hätte ich aber einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer erwartet. - Vermutlich wurde das Personal im Service nicht richtig geschult. Zum Teil völlig überfordert mit Sprache und mit der Kasse. Auf Anfrage ob Ginja der traditionelle Likör aus Portugal ist wussten sie das nicht. Auch ist das Personal im Service sehr träge und das Frühstück war nicht rechtzeitig auf dem Buffet."
