"Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, direkt am Europäischen Parlament und mit einer Tram Linie vor der Tür.
Das Zimmer war voll ausgestattet, sogar mit allen Utensilien zur Selbstverpflegung.
Frühstück befindet sich im 9. Stock.
Es gibt Buffet mit einer tollen Auswahl von Wurst, Käse, süßem Gebäck und Säften.
Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Etwas überrascht hat mich beim Check-In allerdings die Kaution von 50€ pro Nacht. Da hiervon zuvor nichts zu lesen war.

"The staff was so kind and helpful. We left something in our room and the housekeeper ran after us to our car as we were pulling out to return it to us. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. "

Der Sauna- und Poolbereich ist erstklassig, und besonders der Ausblick vom Infinity-Pool ist einfach traumhaft. Einziger Wermutstropfen: An sehr heißen Tagen ist es ohne Klimaanlage im Zimmer etwas anstrengend."
"The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations...
"If I could rate this hotel higher, I would. This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is in a convenient location, just steps from the train station, and within easy walking distance to all the sights.
I must commend two employees for their superior customer service. Both Amélie and Anna went out of their way to make our stay special. Amélie called a restaurant and made reservations for dinner on our first night! And Anna recommended a place to eat a yummy local dish on another...
