"When we first arrived we were locked in our room. After struggling for 10 minutes with the door, my wife called down to the front desk. Their suggestion was to ‘pull hard’. We finally got out. The maintenance man came and fixed the door, but then it would not latch. It could be pushed open from the hallway. Maintenance came to fix the door again which took about an hour. "The property and staff are accommodating. The only issue we encountered was an out of service hot tub. We stayed at this property a few month ago and the hot tub has been down since that stay. Minor issue, large disappointment. The kids love to swim and play in the pool. Without the hot tub the time spent in the pool was cut short due the the very cold water temps."

"I liked the pool, gym, and the free breakfast! The blinds were not actually blinding the sun as I couldn’t close them. Also, all the food I put in my little fridge got frozen. Otger than that, I really liked everything about the hotel."

"I can use my debit/credit card. I have already paid my room online. They tried to get me to cancel my reservation with Expeditiona and I had no refund. It was 11:30 p.m. when I arrived and the officer didn't want to know anything. I'm a golden member with the channel. I use it very often and I can manage to get better. This was my second stay at this establishment. My departure was no better to be reimbursed and the staff not friendly."

"Good location. Walmart across the street. Room was clean, but old. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was simple - oatmeal with coffee or tea, bagels, muffins, some individually packed jam and Philadelphia cheese, apples and oranges. Not fancy, but it works. For the price it deserves five stars. Will stay here again."
