À notre arrivĂ©e; on nous demande de payer la totalitĂ© de notre sĂ©jour alors que ce dernier a dĂ©jĂ  Ă©tĂ© payĂ© par le biais de HĂŽtel.com, nous avons la surprise de n’avoir ni draps ni serviettes alors qu’il ai mentionnĂ© sur l’annonce que tout est fourni....

"Had to upgrade our bungalow as property for 2 had no cooking facilities only a shared grill between bungalows in description said grill presumed this to be in property , we then had a family bungalow which was nice and facilities good , but unfortunately we had lots of young children crying during the night and early morning "

"On avait une rĂ©servation pour un mobilhome 2 personnes et quand on l’a montrĂ© on nous a dit qu’il n’en n.avait pas on nous a donc proposĂ© un bungalow vieux pas bien meuble beaucoup de bois fonce pas de clartĂ© nous l’avons refusĂ© et nous avons donc appelĂ© hĂŽtel.com un monsieur trĂšs gentil Ă  tout gĂ©rĂ© pour trouver une solution on nous a donc attribuĂ© un mobilhome,4 personnes impeccable et lĂ  nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour belle piscine plage prive avec un joli bar restaurant"

"We had 2 suites everything was okay. One thing that was a downfall was the bathroom there was not an actual shower it was a tub and it was too high to get in it. Besides everything was great. Breakfast was the same thing every day after eating eggs small hotdogs, bacon and grill tomato’s the first day I thought the other days would have been variety of other stuff. Besides everything was ok, staff was super nice from front desk to cleaning staff."
