"The room is small but it's beautifully decorated. The ocean view is second to none, with a fantastic tiki bar/ patio area opening up to the beach. The staff are the most helpful and responsive I've seen, with lots of personality. They're fun! The valet is worth it! The restaurant and bar are popular with great food options. You won't regret your stay! Something to note: the hallways to rooms are open air, so you may be exposed to rain puddles and wind and such. If you like the beach, these...

"Requested a 7th floor room, was told I had one, got to the motel, I got a 5th floor room. Tries to add a night through the front desk, was told nothing available so not able to do so. The website showed 5 rooms available. Booked it online, went to the desk to requested the same room. The manager was very accommodating, gave us the same room so we didnt have to me. Not sure why the staff person I talked to first was unable/or unwilling to do so. Other than those things, stay was great....

"We were on the fifth floor They were doing some major carpet cleaning before our arrival Unfortunately, the fifth floor smelled like sour milk had been spilled, smelled absolutely horrible. Luckily, the smell was not noticeable in our room #501. I reported this nasty smell to the front desk."

"Great view! But the room and halls were so hot. Rooms smelled like onions. Another person staying in the hotel made a complaint and was told it was the new curtains. The floor in our room could have been cleaned better. We had so many moths and beetles in our room at night. My kids saw them coming out of the vents. Unfortunately, it was not worth the price paid."

"Our room was so cute and cozy & everything was clean to a T! The bar and grill on site “BB’s beach bar” was soooo good, we tried literally everything on our stay. The coconut breeze drink was my fav along w their tacos! Becca was super nice and everyone had great attitudes. We loved that we could be at the pool and had music going but also just be steps away from our room/the bar/the beach. My most favorite part; who I spent my vacation with!"

"Really nice but rooms, very clean, the gym was very nice and hand lots of free weights and good machines. Nice pool and lobby. The breakfast was a little different each get and good."

"Our room 302 did not have air-conditioning on when we arrived. We turned it on and it did not cool the room. The sheets are rough. The pillows are terrible. And the bedsheet smelled like wet dog. We told the front desk who just looked at us. I laid in bed for three hours, trying to cool off. Horrible stay. Wish I had saved my money."
