"Coffee maker was filthy front desk replaced it immediately with a new one, the bathroom mirror lighting needed to be brighter, and there is peeling paint in the unit. Spectator oceanfront view and the staff provided excellent service. Check your receipt before leaving I was charged a breakfast that I didn’t have it was deducted after I complained no problem "

"Parking was safe and easy access,BUT claimed they had an inground pool which they didn't we call it false advertising as the website showed a pool in the pictures.Granted your only a block away from the beach but some people dont like salt water taste so if your looking for a pool look elsewhere in the area.Staff was pretty good but we had to ask for towels and wash rags as theyre were 3 of us staying.if you bring an electric rice cooker it will trip the breakers and theres no GCFI outlets so...

"My wife and I absolutely loved this property! It’s a charming, quaint beachfront getaway with plenty of character. Being right on the beach with easy access made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness was exceptional—from the pool area to our room, everything was spotless. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. We will definitely be staying here again!"

"Location was great, everything is close by. Staff very friendly and helpful and always around. The breakfast was horrible, they served the same thing every day. Wasn't really a variety to choose , no waffle or pancake maker. If you wanted coffee you half to leave your room to get it. No bathtub only showers, was pissed about that, the snacks where high. Overall not bad , but expected more, price for this hotel could have been cheaper being is Wasn't much they offered."

"My 10 day stay at PortD’Hiver B&B was a real pleasure. Great location, great rooms , great breakfasts, great staff, and quite possibly the best cookies I’ve ever had !! 😊 I only wish they had a restaurant on the premises, but there are several within a short walking distance. "The hotel is right on the beach and you do not have to cross any streets to get to the beach which is great. The building has seen better days and needs lots of maintenance. Even the little tent outside the reception is tore up and you would think management would fix it so people have a better experience coming in to the property.The room we stayed at was clean and updated but lacked a TV in the bedrooms and only had one tv in the living/dining room.
