"Great position on the Lake with easy access into Luzern, CHF4 each way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with standalone Aircon which proved useful during our visit. Be aware most room do not have an unrestricted view of the lake due to a property in front of the hotel. Breakfast is taken across the road at the old hotel, but is good. The restaurant is in the same location across the road and we had a reasonable meal there. There is also a good Brazilian restaurant nearby. Be aware...

"Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk away from the train, which is only 2 stops away from Luzern. It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to Pilatus cable cart. Breakfast is excellent and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the property. There are also restaurants close by. Romm was spacious and clean."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and felt it was worth the price because of its great location and beautiful atmosphere. However, the air conditioning was disappointing. I’m usually someone who gets cold easily, but I was uncomfortable and hot every night, which made it difficult to sleep. Another downside was that guests had to pay an additional fee to use the gym next door. We also paid extra for breakfast, only to find out that many people got to eat without paying. "Very nice three-star hotel with spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in and warmly welcoming our cat. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is a perfect choice for an overnight stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Fabulous position right on the lake and beside the mountain train. Breakfast was a simple continental but quite sufficient. Toiletries were classy and plentiful. The Hotels past was likely quite fancy and a little bit of a spruce up would make her fabulous again."
