"Beautiful hotel on lake lucerne. We were able to swim in the lake and lay on the lawn chairs. Breakfast was delicious. Had a very nice stay."

Omdat er geen horren voor de ramen zaten, vlogen er binnen de kortste keren 20 vliegen binnen die ons de halve nacht wakker hebben gehouden. Ook op het terras van het hotel waren erg veel vliegen die op ons en het eten zaten."

"Quite possibly the nicest hotel I've stayed in, made more so by the attention by the staff, but also the incredible location and views. We were made to feel very welcome, staff were very friendly and to my daughter's delight, the mini bar was included! We had a room with a view of the lake and mountains. It was simply stunning and worth a little extra for that room. We are planning another trip to Switzerland so we can stay at the same hotel."

"We paid 210 CHF per night for the most basic room at Holiday Inn Express Luzern Kriens. While Switzerland is undoubtedly an expensive destination, this hotel offered poor value considering it is located outside the Luzern city centre and still requires additional travel to reach the main attractions. The room itself was very basic and lacked amenities that are increasingly standard even at more affordable hotels. There was no refrigerator, no slippers and no in-room safe, making the stay less...

"As a family of four we got the family room which was nice as the kids had bunk bed. Also free bus tickets to and fro to Lucerne which is only 21mins away and bus is every 7mins. The bus stop is literally 100m from the hotel."

"Aircon was ok. Rooms very small with shower in the room itself. Very expensive for an Ibis Budget (£250 per night) but that’s probably just Switzerland."

"Struttura in pieno centro e molto comodo per visitare la città. Le camere sono molto pulite e comode. La colazione è buona anche se non troppo varia, ma manca un’alternativa al vegetale al latte, e questo penalizza molto la colazione. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e il soggiorno è confortevole in generale."
