"The hotel room was fine, small but comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good, everything you could want and more.
The only issues were not really the faults of the hotel. The shuttle bus has no markings identifying where it goes so luckily I decided to ask the driver. "The ambience of Sigtuna Hotell and the building itself was beautiful. The breakfast was nice. The room was good size and nice with a wonderful view over the lake. The cleaning lady was very easy to approach and ask for additional items when we needed them. I was not impressed by the rest of the staff. They simply didn't seem very content and not particularly service minded. That was definitely a weakness."
