"Ich wurde von Odalys kontaktiert, dass aufgrund eines Buchungsfehlers ?? die Unterkunft nicht verfügbar sei. Man wollte mich nach Royan umbuchen. Macht natürlich keinen Sinn, wenn man auf Ile d'Oleran möchte.
Ich hoffe, dass die Rückzahlung zeitnah erfolgt."

"Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé.
À notre arrivée, nous avons appris qu’il n’y aurait pas de club-enfants. Cela a été vraiment dommageable car nous avions trois petits-enfants et cela était prévu lors de la réservation. Cependant, la piscine a été agréable et nous avons fait sans. Il serait bien de modifier l’annonce si cela continue afin d’ éviter ce désagrément. Merci"
