Our key card wouldn't work in the door the first night, so we had to get let into our room. The man at the front desk was very nice and walked down and let us in our room. "Our suite smelled HORRIBLE. It was obvious that dogs have stayed in this room (201) and the odor was very bad. This property is only 6 months old. I purchased a Glade Plug-in but it didn’t help. The blinds were broken and would not close. We had to stuff pillows at the window to keep light out in the early morning. Maintenance was requested but never arrived. "Unfortunately our room had a jacuzzi sunken tub. We are 80 plus and couldn’t risk falling so we didn’t have a shower. I think they should let people Know this. We didn’t have time to check to see if all rooms were the same And our room on the first floor overlooked the indoor pool which didn’t close until 10pm. "Parking was easy and free. This hotel is right off the highway, don't worry, the room was super quiet. Check-in was fast and cheerful. I booked a room with a king bed and it turned out great. Good room, clean, nice shampoo/conditioner/lotion. As well as a small fridge and microwave. Pleanty of space to stow suitcases and jackets. Air-conditioning worked great. (It was 90F outside).
