"Hotel was nice enough and staff was friendly. But it was packed. There was no parking. They were having people park at the airport and shuttling them back to the hotel. Breakfast was insanely packed. They couldn’t keep up with the amount of people so a lot of food was empty. "

"The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were so comfortable! The continental breakfast was very good with waffles, chocolate waffles, and a fresh yogert machine! Plus bacon, sausage, potatoes and eggs. Lots of other things also. The pool area was very clean as was the hot tub. Unfortunately we went about a half hour before it closed so it was pretty dirty from being used all day long. The staff was helpful and nice. All in all this is not the 1st time i have stayed here and it will not be...

"My favorite hotel in Portland Me and my kids have stayed at about 14 different hotels in Portland over the years. Our favorite was the Ritz Carlton for a long time until we stayed here. The property is kept in very good condition, excellent valet, easy check in, clean room, comfortable beds, lovely coffee shop, and helpful staff. This place has a very calming atmosphere.
