" ENTIRE WEEK....we could not get a tiki hut or lounge chair on the beach!!!People would save chairs for hours & not show up....NO SECURITY ON BEACH TO STOP THIS...Buffet food at best was FAIR! "

"Upon arrival check-in was easy. The WiFi access provided was decent. This is a VERY kid friendly resort. If you are not traveling with kids, you may want to consider staying elsewhere. It was just fine for me and my boys. I wish I was told about the different amenities when I checked in as opposed to discovering things as I went. Here are some things to note: - There is a gift shop (pricey) that has basic necessities as well (aspirin, snacks, aloe products etc.) You wouldn’t see if unless you were told or are staying on that side of the resort. - You can reserve the cabanas a day in advance. Otherwise get out there early to get a spot. - The beach is across the street. A quick walk down the block will take you to the beach where those staying at the embassy have access to chairs and shade. The beach here is rocky. Bring water shoes. Food on the resort: Breakfast: free and delicious (get packed fast. Come down early) Lunch: fine and pricey Dinner: expensive and wasn’t good at all (in my opinion) The room: A decent size and clean. The beds were much more firm than I like It. The staff: Friendly enough and available to answer all questions. "

"Love Aruba. The staff especially Santos was amazing. Not on the beach but a short walk or shuttles to Palm Beach. Located close to restaurants and shops and everything you need. Great adult only pool - quiet serene environment away from the timeshares. Would definitely stay again. Our two bedroom - two bath suite had everything the 4 of us needed with amazing ocean views."

"More signage at the airport to locate the airport shuttle that had to arrange ourselves, would be very helpful. We had to ask for help. Our room was cleaned daily by the very friendly and competent staff. Since we did not have a car we have no opinion on the parking situation. "

"The entire resort and our room were spotless. We especially loved the breakfast, delicious tropical drinks, and nachos on the beach. We never had any trouble getting loungers at the pool or beach. Perfect getaway! One note: there is not an ATM on the property and most of the taxis only take cash, so be prepared!"
