"Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach. A wind storm unfortunately came through during our stay and made a mess of the beach. The staff did there best to clean...

"It was fine for a place to sleep and had good air con. but the double bed was so small and the futon couch was extremely uncomfortable. I know it just opened up and they replaced the double with a queen the day after we left, so that’s good for future people who stay there. If you want luxury… this is not it!! We were not expecting luxury so it was adequate. The location however was perfect!! "

"The restaurant food needs a lot of work. The steakhouse, Italian, and Mexican foods all lacked flavor of any kind. They were also poorly cooked. The fact that the buffet and in-room dining options tasted much better should speak volumes to the overall quality of your restaurants. That’s the only reason my review is a 4/5. Everything else on the resort was fantastic!"
