I stayed here 2 nights in town for a family funeral. The room was next door to the gym, and I was awakened at 5AM by the sound of barbells dropping on the floor!! The hotel had NO ICE MACHINE! I could hear the running around in the room above me. The pillows were the flattest, most uncomfortable ever. I would never stay here again.

Town place was absolutely disgusting, very updated I open a cabinet to get a plate and it was a live roach, the couch had 2 small throw pillows they had black stains as well as my bed pillow. Staff was friendly and I didn’t care to complaint because I drive 6 hours for my sons surgery and o was exhausted and ready to get some rest and hit the road next morning but it was rough I will never stay here again do.

By far one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Every single staff member we encountered was so friendly, welcoming, always smiling, and so helpful. The pool was nice and very clean. Breakfast was great. The grits were amazing! Definitely will be booking here again in the future
