"I have stayed at several hotels in Rehoboth Beach over the years. Decided to give this hotel a try. I will not visit again. There are no amenities offered. The hotel is outdated. The only plus is the room was oceanfront. I requested late check out upon check in, and this was not documented. I confirmed late check out the morning of check out, and was told it was not documented, and not possible. "Bike trail is right behind the hotel making it very convenient. Outlets are right there as well. Always clean and comfortable to stay. Breakfast is a little drab though."

"It's a cute and very clean hotel. There's an atrium that all rooms open from. There's a parking garage under the facility with an elevator to all floors. The location is great. It's a couple of blocks to the boardwalk and lots of shops and restaurants within a few blocks. The downside is that you can hear people in adjoining rooms. Other than that it's a great place to stay. "

"The staff was fine. Breakfast, although listed as one of the best, was pretty much the same except for a change between pancakes and French toast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Temps were in room controlled so that was helpful. The spa was closed on Wednesday so we never got to use it. Hot tub, we didn't all bring suits so didn't use. We asked more than once for a fire outside snd it never happened.. that was a big disappointment. All in all, I would return."

"This was such a cool stay! Their atrium with the animals (tropical birds, koi fish, turtles, etc.) was amazing! I really enjoyed spending time in the atrium and the pool was nice too. I would definitely return. The beach view was amazing."
