"El hotel tenia mal olor en la recepcion. El cuarto tambien tenia mal olor en el baño, tuvimos que dejar las ventanas abiertas. Las almohadas tenian pelos, la persona que nos ayudo a resolver las almohadas olia mal. "

En revanche, le spa laisse à désirer : propreté très moyenne, hammam hors service sans que l’équipe ne m’en informe, et un accueil peu agréable — on a presque l’impression de déranger lorsqu’on demande une serviette, d’autant plus qu’aucun peignoir n’était disponible ni au spa et ni dans la chambre. Au final, l’hôtel reste convenable, mais la prestation globale manque de qualité autant dans les chambres que pour les équipements annexes, à l’exception du restaurant qui se démarque nettement."

"The Staff were welcoming and friendly yet very professional. The location was excellent for public transport and walking into the centre of Lyon. "

"Hotel is decent for the price. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the airport. They have a free shuttle but only from 4am for a few hours then again at 6:30pm for a few hours. If you arrive in the in-between time, you’re stuck walking or paying 15 euros for a taxi. I suggest they have a better shuttle schedule to accommodate for all hours as people arrive all day. The WiFi is good. They have breakfast for 11 euros and a lunch service at extra cost. There’s not much around the hotel so if you don’t like the food there you’ll have to walk to the airport cafes, or eat at the NH Hotel. No irons in the room. "

"This was a wonderful hotel if you have a car. It was very far out of the city. Public transportation was difficult and limited in how close it came to the hotel."

"This hotel was in such a great location! Right by the train station and the Rhône Express. There are lots of buses and access to public transportation nearby. The staff was so welcoming and the hotel was clean and stylish! The room was small but extremely comfortable and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and I would have been happy to stay longer. I would recommend it!"

"An ideal hotel in the heart of Lyon. Room was large enough for 2 people and very comfortable. The staff were attentive to our requests. The hotel has a resto in the premises and good eatery options around it. Tram is close by too. "

"The location is walking distance from Lyon Part Dieu station which make it very convenient when we arrived by high speed train, even with luggage. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Nearby is Westfield mall which is just 15 min walk. "
