"Dinner was great, but unfortunately public areas were cold. Room was really cold and took a long time to warm up. Felt like it had not been used for a while and the separate loo was very smelly and made the whole room smell. Am sure it is lovely in the summer "

"Cet hôtel mériterait une rénovation. La salle de bain était vieillotte et en 2025 c’est difficilement acceptable de ne pas avoir de prise électrique à la tête du lit. Le petit déjeuner est quand à Lyon réduit au minimum: pas d’œufs, pas de fromage blanc , pas de grille pain. Un peu déçu. "

"Although I had booked two prepaid rooms, I didn’t actually stay here. When I checked in, the location, grounds, reception area and the rooms I was shown were so run down and in dire need of renovations, I left and found alternative accommodation. The hotel did not refund any money."

I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers. "
