"Overall, a nice day. Some minor maintenance issues in the room(remote in room didn’t work, toilet chain broke in the middle of the night) Front desk staff and bar staff wonderful. Room was clean."

"Very disappointing experience. The elevator was not working properly, and the person who appeared to be the manager admitted it had been out of service for over a month. Only one elevator was functioning for a large number of guests, which caused long delays. The photos online do not match the actual condition of the property at all. At check-in, I had to wait over an hour because their system was not working. On top of that, the key cards were an issue—only one worked, and this was not just my...

"Room was clean. Linens changed daily. Bathroom recently remodeled. Breakfast area clean and well lit. Definitely a good value and will stay here again."

"Take the rug up from the rooms, it was stained and just felt icky…. Otherwise room was ok. Pool area seemed dark and gloomy ..:. "We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The internet was spot on. The only issue I had was with the bathroom sink. The drainage was clogged, so the the water went down very slow. The faucet was placed too far back on the sink, which made it very awkward to wash your hands properly. Will definitely come back."

"Parking was fine. AC was loud and noisy so we turned it off so we could sleep. In the morning the dining room had so much heat going it was 93° in the room. They did not offer juice or fruit or yogurt with their breakfast. All in all the beds were comfortable but everything else left a big hole."
